30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, you can:
- Visit paddle.net and follow the refund request process, or
- Contact our support team at support@360degreesconsultants.org and we will assist you with initiating the refund through Paddle.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days, unless required by applicable law. If you have questions about whether your situation qualifies for a refund, please contact us.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until that date. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund; if you are within the 30-day window and wish to receive a refund, you must request it separately.
