Last updated: June 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and 360 Degrees Management Consulting ("we", "us", "our") for the use of Meeting360 (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Uploading, transmitting, or distributing fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Infringing intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the Service.
- Using automated systems or software to extract data ("scraping") from the Service without authorisation.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any connected network.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, designs, documentation, branding, and content provided by us. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Service.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service includes generative AI features that produce meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-up emails. You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use AI-generated outputs. You must verify the accuracy and appropriateness of AI outputs before relying on them, particularly for professional, legal, or regulated contexts. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as professional advice without independent verification.
You may not use the AI features to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak or bypass the AI's safety systems. We reserve the right to monitor, filter, refuse, or remove outputs that violate these Terms or applicable law, and to suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your transaction. For full details on payment terms, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the stated billing frequency unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Paddle support.
7. Paddle — Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
8. Service Level
We strive to keep the Service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control may result in temporary downtime.
9. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, liability, and indemnity.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall be limited to the total amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 360 Degrees Management Consulting and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
